Verified Dividend Raises

DivFreedom records a dividend raise only after a recurring payment increases from a stable prior schedule. Each entry on this page shows what the payment was before the raise, what it became, how often it is paid, and the annualized per-share increase that follows from those two figures.

Variable distribution schedules and off-cycle special payments are excluded, because neither establishes a declared rate that can rise. A fund whose payout moves every week with option premium has not raised its dividend when the number happens to go up, and a one-off year-end top-up is not a change to the recurring rate.

The annualized figure is arithmetic on the declared rate, not a forecast. A quarterly payment rising from $0.50 to $0.55 is an increase of $0.05 per payment, paid four times a year, so $0.20 per share per year. It does not predict the next raise or assume the new rate holds.

This feed shows raises that were recorded. A company absent from it has not been shown to skip a raise: tracking has a defined start date and coverage is limited to the securities DivFreedom maintains. Absence here is a fact about the record, not about the company.

A dividend raise is a corporate action, not a recommendation. Nothing on this page is investment advice, and the entries are not ranked by quality, yield or any DivFreedom score.
